Step 1: Confirm the Door Is Fully Latched

Step 3: Check Power at the Source

Step 4: Look for a Locked Control Panel
Many models include a control lock feature to prevent accidental changes, often engaged by holding a specific button for a few seconds. An accidentally locked panel looks identical to a dead unit at a glance.
