The JJW3830 is a wider double wall oven than JennAir’s standard 30″ double ovens, giving both cavities extra capacity at the cost of a larger cabinetry cutout. That extra size doesn’t change how the oven fails; it runs the same dual-cavity, shared-control-module architecture as JennAir’s other double ovens, and a problem is still traced to one specific cavity or part before any part is ordered.
