What F2E0 Means
JennAir's own technical training material for its combination wall ovens lists F2 E0 as keypad disconnected: the control can no longer reach the keypad at all. That is the opposite situation from F2E1, where a key is reading as held down, and it usually means a connection rather than a worn panel.
Common Causes of F2E0
- A keypad ribbon that has backed out of its connector
- A damaged flat cable between the keypad and the control
- A control that no longer recognizes a keypad that is in fact still connected
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Switch the oven off at the breaker for a full minute and restore it. A connection that has worked loose through ordinary door movement and heat cycling sometimes re-establishes itself on a clean restart, and if it does not, nothing further is reachable without opening the panel.
